About the firm
The boutique was founded in 2009 by Tomas Lindholm and Carita Wallgren-Lindholm following their departures from Roschier after some 25 years. Lindholm Wallgren has not been a full-service law firm but has focused on high-end corporate advisory and strategic dispute resolution services.
As from 2012 Carita Wallgren-Lindholm's practice consists in arbitrator appointments mainly outside of Finland, both in commercial and investment disputes. After the passing of Tomas Lindholm in January 2014 Carita Wallgren-Lindholm continues her arbitrator practice assisted by a small team.
The working languages of the firm are Swedish, Finnish, English and French.
